　 on September 15, the 2.0 version of the "Artificial Intelligence Security Governance Framework" was officially released at the main forum of the 2025 National Cyber Security Publicity Week. In accordance with the "Global Artificial Intelligence Governance Initiative," the 1.0 version of the "Artificial Intelligence Security Governance Framework" was released in September 2024 and received widespread attention both domestically and internationally. Over the past year, with the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology and applications, in order to address new opportunities and challenges, under the guidance of the National Cyberspace Administration, the National Internet Emergency Response Center led the organization of artificial intelligence professional institutions, research institutes, and industry enterprises to jointly develop the 2.0 version of the "Framework." As a national network security standard committee technical document, the 2.0 version of the "Framework" builds on the 2024 version, combines artificial intelligence technology development and application practices, continuously monitors changes in risks, improves and optimizes risk classifications, researches and explores risk grading, and dynamically adjusts and updates preventive governance measures.
