　 according to the official announcement, Binance will now launch the fourth round HODLer airdrop as part of the 18,000,000 LAYER airdrop plan. 6,000,000 LAYER will be distributed in this fourth round HODLer airdrop; eligible users: users who purchase the BNB to earn coins (fixed-term and/or current) or on-chain earning products from 08:00 on September 12, 2025 to 07:59 on September 15, 2025 (UTC+8), will receive the airdrop allocation.
